Dylan Cunanan

Dylan is a designer and marketer with a decade of experience in higher education, teaching graphic and UX design. Half of his career centred in global communications, where he ran around the city of Toronto with a microphone as a content creator and led out-of-home billboard and subway campaigns as a community manager. The second half of Dylan’s career focused on digital media, where he was developing dating apps as a UX/UI designer and building signage systems for popular storefronts as a design director.
He holds an MA in Media Production from Toronto Metropolitan University, a BAA in Media Studies from the University of Guelph, and a diploma in Media Communications from Humber College. Paired with his international experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Bhutan, Kenya, and Guyana, Dylan is a natural for leveraging each student’s diverse background into the classroom, and bridging their path between scholarship and industry.
