Kirti Khanzode, a distinguished scholar and educator, holds a PhD in English from Barkatullah University in India and is also a certified professional from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK. With more than two decades of experience in post-secondary education across three countries, Kirti has excelled in various roles, from teaching to management and leadership. 

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a remarkable blend of pedagogical prowess and administrative acumen. Her expertise spans teaching, research, and administration, with a particular focus on business communication, leadership, team dynamics, and negotiation skills. 

In her administrative roles, Kirti has successfully managed diverse portfolios, including student recruitment, student services, and program management, earning recognition for her strategic vision and operational excellence. 

Her research and scholarly interests lie in the integration of technology to enhance student engagement in the teaching-learning process. Additionally, she is passionate about business case writing and has published her case studies in prestigious publications such as Ivey and Harvard Business Review. Her case studies particularly focus on growth and expansion strategies of small- and medium-sized enterprises.
