Mojgan Zarghamifard is a dedicated educator and published researcher with a focus on leadership and organizational behavior, particularly women’s leadership, and gender issues within the workplace.
With more than 15 years of teaching experience, Mojgan has delivered many courses and workshops on leadership, organizational behavior, and business ethics at various universities and diverse organizations.
Mojgan previously held a visiting professor role at Lakehead University Canada. She has actively participated in two notable international leadership projects: the GLOBE 2020 project, supported by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, and the ILN Project convened by the American Psychological Association. Her contributions to respected journals underscore her commitment to advancing knowledge and understanding in these critical areas.
Mojgan earned her PhD in Management – Organizational Behaviour. She also holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in public administration.
As a professor, Mojgan emphasizes active engagement, collaborative learning, and experiential activities to enhance comprehension. By incorporating real-world examples, case studies, and interactive discussions, she aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives necessary for success in today’s dynamic organizational landscape.
