Partnership Highlights:

Under the established articulation agreements, University of Niagara Falls Canada (UNF) recognizes various programs Niagara College (NC) for transfer credits into UNF degree programs:  

Pathway into UNF’s Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA):  
NC’s Business, Business Accounting, International Business, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources Co-op, Accounting, and other business-related diplomas:  

Students who successfully complete any of these programs with a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.00 (C) and a minimum score of 60% in each course will receive up to 20 courses or 60 credit hours towards the General Honours Stream BBA at UNF.  

Pathway into UNF’s Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences (BSc): 
NC’s Practical Nursing Diploma and Alternative Delivery Diploma:  

Students who successfully complete either of these programs with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 (C) or better will receive up to six courses or 18 credit hours towards the BSc in Biomedical Sciences at UNF.  

Pathway into UNF’s Master of Management (MMgt): 
NC’s International Business Management, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, and Hospitality and Tourism Management Post-Graduate Certificates: 

Students who successfully complete one of these programs with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 (B) or better will receive up to seven courses or 19.5 credit hours towards the MMgt at UNF.  

Pathway into UNF’s Master of Data Analytics (MDA):
NC’s Business Analytics Post-Graduate Certificate:  

Students who successfully complete this program with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 (B) or better will receive up to four courses or 12 credit hours towards the MDA at UNF.  

Pathway into UNF’s Master of Arts in Digital Media and Global Communications (MA):  
NC’s Social Media Management Post-Graduate Certificate:  

Students who successfully complete this program with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 (B) or better will receive up to six courses or 18 credit hours towards the MA at UNF.

ESL Partnership Highlights

UNF will recognize graduates from NC who have successfully completed the English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Program, Level 5, or students who have successfully completed the English as a Second Language (ESL) Online, Level 10, as indicated below:

Acceptance of NC EAP Level 5 for UNF’s Undergraduate and Graduate Programs:
UNF will accept the successful completion of NC’s English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Level 5 as meeting the English language proficiency requirements for admission to UNF’s undergraduate and graduate programs. To qualify, students must complete NC EAP Level 5 with an overall score of 75%, with no individual component score below 60% by the end of the 14-week term. This level of proficiency is considered equivalent to IELTS 6.5 (no lower bands). 

Acceptance of NC EAP Level 5 for UNF’s EAP 030 (Powered by TLG):
UNF will accept NC’s English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Level 5 for UNF’s English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program, powered by The Language Gallery (TLG). To qualify, students must complete NC EAP Level 5 with an overall score of 70% or higher, with no individual component score below 50%. This level is considered equivalent to IELTS 6.0 (no lower bands).

Acceptance of NC ESL-Online Level 10 for UNF’s Undergraduate and Graduate Programs:
UNF will accept the successful completion of NC’s English as a Second Language (ESL) Online, Levels 10 as meeting the English language proficiency requirements for admission to UNF’s undergraduate and graduate programs. To qualify, students must complete NC ESL-Online Levels 10 with an overall score of 75%, with no individual component score below 60% by the end of the 7-week term. This level of proficiency is considered equivalent to IELTS 6.5 (no lower bands).

Acceptance of NC ESL-Online Level 10 for UNF’s EAP 030 (Powered by TLG):
UNF will accept NC’s English as a Second Language (ESL) Online, Levels 10 for UNF’s English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program, powered by The Language Gallery (TLG).
