The Master of Management program is a business and management degree with a digital focus. You will be able to explore career opportunities in a wide array of industries. The main streams include:

The Master of Management program has the following Sessional Instructional Assistant positions available for the Fall 2024 [October] academic term and invites applications from suitably qualified candidates.

October 1 to December 16

MGMT 500: INTRODUCTION TO MANAGEMENT [3 openings]

MGMT 510: FINANCE FOR MANAGERS [3 openings]

MGMT 520: MARKETING AND SALES [3 openings]

Mode of Delivery: (online, in person, hybrid)

Late applications will not be considered. 

  • Attend weekly lecture, review lecture material
  • Lecture and teach students in a variety of delivery modes, creating an inclusive learning environment
  • Invigilate quizzes, tests & exams, complete grading of quizzes, tests, assignments & exams
  • Meet with or respond to students’ inquiries during office hours
  • Update material and grades on internal software

The successful candidate will have the following education and experience:

  • Digitally and technologically oriented – comfortable with a variety of technologies and teaching delivery methods
  • Strong academic standing in similar courses and demonstrated expertise in the subject
  • Minimum of a completed Master’s in a related discipline, PhD is preferred
  • Innovative and engaging teaching/communication style
  • Previous teaching experience at the graduate level is a significant asset
  • Related industry experience and expertise to enhance student learning through real life scenarios and case studies
