Job Title: Senior International Student Recruitment Advisor (4 Vacancies)
Location: Niagara Falls, ON (Hybrid)
Reports To: Assistant Manager, Student Recruitment
Position Summary
As a Senior International Student Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in advancing the global presence of our institution by attracting and guiding prospective international students.
This position involves strategic outreach, personalized support, and a deep understanding of international education systems. The Senior International Student Recruitment Advisor will work closely with the team lead to build a strong and resilient recruitment team of advisors to achieve enrollment targets.
Responsibilities
- Help the team lead to develop and implement a targeted international student recruitment strategy in alignment with institutional goals.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information to prospective international students about academic programs, admissions requirements, and cultural adaptation support.
- Conduct one-on-one advising sessions to guide students through the application and enrollment process.
- Review and evaluate international student applications for admission.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless and efficient application process.
- Analyze data related to international student recruitment to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with team leader to generate regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting improvements.
- Develop and facilitate training for new advisors on the team.
- Assist, support and supervise advisors to ensure accuracy and consistency of service
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of various global education systems and cultural nuances to effectively engage with prospective international students.
- Stay informed about international education trends, global mobility, and best practices in student recruitment.
- Other duties as advised
Please note: This position will require frequent travel off campus attending recruitment events and activities. Evenings and weekends may be required during peak recruitment periods.

Education and Experience
- Successfully completed post-secondary degree in related field
- Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions or related fields within an educational institutional is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and digital marketing tools preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
