UNF signs MoU to explore academic partnerships with University of Finance – Marketing in Vietnam

The University of Niagara Falls Canada (UNF) is ready to explore potential academic collaborations and partnership projects in Vietnam.

On Aug. 28, representatives from UNF signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with University of Finance – Marketing (UFM), Vietnam outlining that commitment. It was signed during a visit to campus by Dr. Pham Tien Dat, UFM’s Associate Professor and Rector, and Nguyen Xuan Truong, Dean of the International School of Finance.

The visit, arranged through the GUS Canada partnerships team, allowed the educators to learn more about UNF, its innovative programming, and tour the downtown campus.

Representing UNF in the MoU signing was Victoria Martin, Chief Commercial and Compliance Officer with GUS Canada.

“We are excited to embark on this new partnership with University of Finance – Marketing. This is an important step for our institutions, allowing us to work closely and potentially create great opportunities for innovation and growth that will benefit our students, as well as our communities,” said Martin.

Located in Ho Chi Minh City, UFM is a training institution under Vietnam’s Ministry of Finance that offers offering more than 50 academic programs across various levels, from undergraduate to graduate.
