Location: University of Niagara Falls Canada (onsite)

Reports To: Associate Director, Domestic Student Recruitment

Officially opening its doors in 2024, the University of Niagara Falls Canada (UNFC) is an innovative and digitally oriented institution that prepares graduates for leadership in the digital world. We are currently offering both undergraduate and graduate programs of Honours Bachelor of Business Administration, Honours Bachelor of Science-Biomedical Sciences, Master of Arts in Digital Media and Global Communications, Master of Data Analytics and a Master of Management. Position Overview:

As a Domestic Student Recruitment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and enrolling prospective undergraduate or graduate students into our university programs. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to increase student recruitment numbers while maintaining high standards of service and ethical practices.

This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of educational programs, and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in the position, an individual must be committed to developing, maintaining, and demonstrating the following:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

PLEASE NOTE:

This position will require frequent travel off campus attending recruitment events and activities.
Evenings and weekends may be required during peak recruitment periods.

Education and Experience

  • Successfully completed post-secondary degree in related field
  • Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions or related fields within an educational institutional is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and digital marketing tools preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
